How many people can you accommodate?

Our lead artist can accommodate up to six people in your party if your time frame allows. Additional assistants are available to be booked through Glam Gone Viral for larger parties or shorter time frames.

Why is it more expensive if I have less people needing makeup services?

During our busy season, we’re often booked for groups of four or more. With a larger group, we can lower pricing per person, making it more cost effective for everyone.

Why cant I book a group of three or fewer more than eight months in advanced?

Due to high demand during our busy season, we may not be able to confirm bookings for smaller groups more than eight months in advance. However, feel free to reach out closer to your date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

I’m am out of state bride! What would the travel fee be?

We’re happy to accommodate out-of-state weddings and events! If your location is 70 miles or more from Hampton Bays, NY, or West Palm Beach, FL, our bridal package and hotel accommodations may be required. We’ll work together to determine the best arrangement when creating your contract.

Can others in my bridal party also get a makeup trial?

Absolutely! Many mothers of the bride and groom are interested in trials. We kindly ask that you schedule your trials on the same day so you can enjoy the experience together!

How long does it take for makeup to be completed and how should I arrive on the day of my trial/ wedding?

Bridal makeup takes about 60 minutes while bridesmaids, MOG, MOB, Etc takes up to 45 minutes per service. Please arrive with a clean face, light moisturizer is okay. Trials typically take up to two hours.

Can I schedule the makeup trial before sending my deposit and signing the contract?

You can book your makeup trial prior to sending the deposits or signing the contract. Please keep in mind that your date is not locked in without the deposit and signed contract. Once your deposit is received you have seven days to sign the contract. Without the signed contract and deposit, your date is available for others to book.

Why are travel fees so high?

During the busy wedding and event season travel fees may be higher due to increased demand, extended travel times, and logistical factors. High-traffic days often require additional time on the road, early morning or late-night travel, and sometimes overnight accommodations to ensure we arrive on time and fully prepared. Our travel fees reflect these factors while ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients.
